Affiliates appear under wrong Tier

I have some affiliates that appear under another affiliate that has nothing to do with them ... hence someone is getting the wrong commission .. how can this be fixed ?

Also .. is there going to be an update for the software ? I would really like something that is a little more intuitive in the backend, like Web 2.0 functionality.

the affiliates who appear under another affiliates are tiers.
For ex: an affiliate B registered under the affiliate A. Then if B receives a commission, then A will receive 10% from B's because it was A who brought B to the site. So then everything is correct.

I understand this ... what i am asking is how can I move these under the administration control panel, so the right affiliate, gets the right commission.
At present they are all getting wrong commisions, and I can't see how.

Why do you think they're getting wrong commission? Will you please specify what is happening?

I have attached an example which is my tier system ... it is all wrong as you can see.

Most of the marked ones should be main users, and then they can introduce other affiliates, only Office Stop has introduced 1 person.
