When you are having any issues and going to send an email with your questions to
support@affiliateproscript.com
Please include the following information to the composed email:
1. The detailed description of the issue you got (step-by-step). Attach screenshots if possible.
2. Your ftp access with full rights.
3. Your http access (URL, login and password).
4. Your customer ID. (You can find your customer ID in the email you get after purchase).
If you have a question about integration, then include the following information please:
1. What kind of software is installed on your server. It can be:
-shopping cart (we need the name and version)
-your own custom script
-html pages
-etc
2. Which payment processor do you use: PayPal, 2checkout etc.
3. The URL of your 'Thank You page'. (This is the page which your user sees after purchase. On the 'Thank You page' should be sale id, sale amount).
4. Ftp access to the file which includes 'Thank You page'.
If this is a shopping cart, then admin login and password.
You can change all your passwords after our developers resolve the problems.
