How Do I Do This!??? Helppp please

well i got the program and i wanted it to record videos and stuff. but the first time i used it worked like a charm i went to movie maker on windows it showed camzoomer i clicked it and it worked i recored and saved it.now when i try to open it again it does not appear nor does it not work. I also tried cam splitter but that got me no where i also tried re-downloading it but it still doesnt work I need Clear Instructions on how to use This!!
