Text Chat not working

Video, Audio is working fine..

Users can create a Username and it shows up in the server user list.
When users attempt to send a chat message, the message will not send and the message text stays in the text box and cannot be deleted. Video still operates however...

Also, text entered from the server-side is not seen by users.

Server is using the default port 81 and the default generated HTML as well. No other code is on the webpage.

Failure happens using IE, Chrome and FireFox (all latest versions) and using Adobe flash player 10.
